Extremely Unprofessional !!!. I was given a $50 dollar gift card from The Olive Garden to make up for a simple mistake. This makes no sense and clearly shows how they do not value their customers. Will certainly not purchase anything from this company!! Thanks for posting the reviews!!!

HORRIBLE- Wish I could put NO stars for rating. How could a business be so Careless to lose someones necklace. They do all these advertisements at how sentimental jewelry is and then they are CARELESS with someones necklace that they got on their wedding day and LOSE it... ???!!!??? Then they act like it is no big deal and they think replacing the jewelry and giving 25.00 will make up for all of the memories and sentimental value. What kind of business would treat a situation that way... ? If you make a mistake like that you should at least act like you care and show some empathy. I am NOT impressed.

APPUALING. What is worse than losing someone's jewelry......not holding yourself accountable for the mistakes made!! Offering $25.00 gift card is not an apology for a necklace that means so much to your customer! I can't believe you people get away with this crap! I know that everyone makes mistakes. However the way the company has handled this situation is disgusting! I hope you get sued....really you deserve it! I am so relieved to know that I have never bought anything from you nor will I ever now! I did want the Journey Necklace and told my husband about it. Now we will make sure we take our business elsewhere! By the way good job upsetting a very pregnant lady because that is something you NEVER want to do!

I wish that I didn't have to give you one star because your not even worth that!

APPAULING. First of all working in a professional venue most of my life, being raised around businesses of all arenas, I was shocked to say the least to hear of the irresponsibility of KAY JEWELERS.

You must realize that when a CUSTOMER has a GREAT experience they tell 1 person and that person may tell another person. BUT as you know when a CUSTOMER have an UNPLEASANT experience they tell at least 3 people and those 3 people tell others. Do you see my point?

There is absolutely NO EXCUSES for losing jewelry!! And not only are you responsible for replacing that lost item, you also are liable legally and should FEEL very lucky that it wasn't my jewelry that you distributed negligently to the WRONG customer. $25 is CLEARLY not enough to fix the problem you have caused. $25 is basically an insult especially when you can be SUED for so much more.

You better believe that I will be telling everyone I know that is in the market for jewelry not to shop @ Kay Jewelers. I am embarrassed for your company and would quickly terminate all employees involved in this situation as an "apology" for the mistake your company made. I will also be taking this to the Corporate division.

Repairs and Service is HORRIBLE!. Took my journey necklace in to get repaired and a staff member at Kays accidentally switched my jewelery with someone elses. They do not watch what they are doing and they did nothing to find out where my original necklace could be. They want to give me a new one and a $25 gift card when the original necklace has so much sentimental value that $25 is not going to make me forget what you lost! Do not buy from a jewelry store where they send your stuff away to get fixed! THEY WILL LOSE IT!
