Nice people, bad hair haircuts

I am new to the area and had heard good things about the White Rose from my coworkers. I went in to get a straight bob hair cut (nothing really fancy or complex) and the stylist seemed to have difficulty just cutting in a straight line. She kept having to retouch and recut my hair after she finished drying it. To her credit she kept trying to get it right until I was at least satisfied enough with the cut to leave the salon. It was not the best first time experience and I will not be going back in the future.

• Pros: All the staff were very nice and pleasant
• Cons: The stylists do not seem very experienced

ONE OF THE WORSE HAIR-CUTS I EVER HAD

I HAVE HAD MANY BAD HAIR-CUTS IN MY LIFE, BUT I HAVE TO SAY, BY FAR, THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST!! DONT BE FOOLED WHEN THEY TELL U A SENIOR STYLIST WILL CUT UR HAIR. THIS IS JUST A TITLE THEY GIVE SOMEONE SO THEY CAN CHARGE MORE. I FOUND OUT THE GIRL WHO CUT MY HAIR DID NOT HAVE THAT MUCH CUTTING EXPERIENCE, AND SHE HAD THE TITLE OF "SENIOR STYLIST". BEWARE!!!

i discovered myself at the White Rose

Whenever I need a day of relaxation I turn to the White Rose. I loved the atmosphere as soon as I entered the room. One of the first things I noticed was how inviting the receptionists were and how they tried to accomodate my every needs including the bathroom, which is very important that sometimes goes ignored. The one time that I came to get services done I received a spa sampler which is a little bit of everything. I was very pleased with the hour long pedicure which there are not many spas that offer that. Also the fact that I was put in a robe was a very nice touch after my massage and facial were done and I felt very relaxed. Also, I get my hair done there as well and I am always up to try new things and everytime I do they always come out very well. I would strongly recommend the White Rose to anyone interested in a day of pampering :)

• Pros: The staff are all very nice and enjoyable
• Cons: sometimes its hard to get in if call in too late
