Favorite Place in town.
This is by far my favorite place in town to shop for unusual and beautiful clothes at a great discount. Unlike the mall, you'll find things here you just can't find anywhere else. Lots of choices and the clothing is all stylish, clean and in great shape. I'm also happy to use it as a place to sell my clothes--and happy knowing whatever doesn't sell goes to charity. The atmosphere is friendly, no one rushes or pushes you. It's great.
This place, and Alice's Closet in Johnson City, are the two don't miss places to shop in town. I never buy new anymore!

Good to buy but not great to sell.
I have gotten a few nice things here, so I would shop there. But like all consignment stores, it's always hit and miss.
However, I don't trust their record keeping for consignment.
On the one hand, they are very picky what they will take. That's good, because it means what they have is clean and in good shape. However, it's sometimes as if they have a strange, outdated, or old lady idea of what is nice and sellable. I have brought amazing things - such as designer, high end clothes - and they reject them. But then I would see women's clothes 20 years out of date on the racks. Absolutely no logic there.

The worst second hand store.
You can find cheaper prices at the regular stores, don't let them fool you.
I bring in my stuff to sell, and when I go to get my money they tell me it was stolen. The store cannot do anything for me because I signed a contract saying they are not responsible. What about $2 off in your store??? Or something to acknowledge that is not fully my responsibility that my clothes were stolen.
I go to put a pair of glasses on hold so I can buy them the next day, and the price jumps from $7 to $20 (they didn't realize the sunglasses were $100 new). It happened multiple times.
They also pay me ridiculous prices for my nice stuff (like $1.75 for $150 pair of pants), so needless to say I will NEVER walk in this store again.
Write down what you bring in and how much they are selling it for. You cannot trust them!!!
