This post Michael Robert Downs wrote is not true.Decked Out Audio has been in business since 1999 and our reputation speaks for itself, just ask around. We tried to help this person. He would not come back to the store. We kept telling him to come back on the phone, he kept saying it was an inconvenience. How do you help someone that won't come back to let you look at anything? We also contacted the police, because he kept threatening to throw the speakers (which he installed himself) thru our windows.

Very poor service, ultra low quality goods and ugly store. If you want off-brand everything and people who know nothing of audio equipment at cheap (get what you pay for...) prices, this is the place for you. After blowing (not one but two) of thier speakers, not even thirty minutes after purchace, they would have much rather argued with me than even think of returning/replacing the items.
