Love this place.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I think everyone who works here is so knowledgeable and friendly. One of the problems about these reviews on these sites is that any person can say anything about anyone--
I am choosing to write only about good things and this optical has great frames, excellent customer service, well trained staff, and is fun come to!
How many doctors offices can you say that about!!!

Attitude. Very friendly place, until they realize you only have medicaid for insurance. After spending hundreds of dollars here over the years, now that my daughter only has medicaid she was treated like she didn't belong there. They will be loosing 2 customers and as many other people as i can tell.

Exceptional Service.
I was visiting Endicott from Texas..... I broke a bowe on my glasses..... I called all the big stores and they did not have a replacement...... Not only did Kathy have a replacement, they called my optical in Texas and made arrangements so that it would be coverered under the warranty..... They did not have to do this.... I was stuck .... What a great company!!!!!!
