Turns a Crisis into an opportunity. A crisis can be an opportunity. We learned this in June 2006 when we lost half of our house in a flood. Francis Traficante and the others at State Farm took this opportunity to provide service and to show concern. This caring professionalism was also evident in a recent visit to her office. We are moving out of the state and Francis took the time to fax our records, 35 years worth, to the State farm agents in Florida and to help me set up our appointment with the new agent. “Like a good neighbor, State Farm ist there” is not a just a slogan for Francis and her staff. They see every day as an opportunity to provide caring, professional service to their clients. How could I not recommend State Farm and this agency?
