fair and contentious even in adversity.
They've had a rough go through the flood of this past September. They had customer repairs and rental equipment all needing to be gone through, cleaned up and made right.
The place looks great and just about everything is back in shape. I'm glad they're around, and look forward to doing business there this spring.

Terrible Customer Service.
I am very disappointed in the service. I have brought my lawn mower there for the past 5+ years for annual tune ups and service. This past weekend I had a cable break and tried to drop off today. The refused to service it since I did not purchase it there. The guy behind the counter could not have been more rude. I have purchased several items there in the past (chipper, chainsaws, concrete tools) but they could care less.
I ended up taking it to a different place and they could not have been more helpful... they actually fixed the cable in about 10 minutes and I was on my way.
I will NEVER go to Junction Equipment again... they have lost a customer for life.
