Experience The Cellar. We always enjoy our time spent at the Cellar. Wether we stop by for a drink or for dinner. Everything is made from scratch and the owners are very accomodating to the diners individual diet.They have a nice choice of gluten free dishes.…

Cellar Dweller. I love this little restaurant tucked downstairs along the river in the quaint little town of Owego. The homemade soups are souper! The atmosphere is cozy and the food is delicious. PROS: Great food CONS: Alittle expensive for lunch

Restaurant. Although I've only eaten at this restaurant once, I was not happy with it. The prices were steep, portions were small, and salad was "weird" greens".
