We Love This Little Theater!. This is a great little town theater. Ticket and concession prices below the Big Box theaters. Movies come in pretty timely and stick around long enough to see them. Good emphasis on bringing in kid/family friendly movies. Staff is very nice and helpful, the owner even put on an extra showing of a movie for us when it wasn't scheduled during the holiday. The building is old and needs some TLC but so does the whole Village it is located in.

A Nice Hometown Theater!. The Tioga Theater is a small town theater that does run first run movies!! Their prices are very reasonable and we have always found the owner and staff to be friendly and helpful. The previous review seems to be posted by someone with an axe to grind. Owego is fortunate to have this option available instead of going to a multi-plex at a mall. Thanks for being there Tioga Theater!

tioga theater !. This theater isn't the worst to go to, but it isn't the best. Usually the theater doesn't have their movies up to date, and keep old movies in the theater for over a month later, not updating. the candy is over priced, but the ticket prices are fair. the employees that work there are family members (nephew) and nephews friends. no one else is aloud to apply. the employees are very respectful and very nice, but the owner is not. i recall many occations of him swearing at costumers. hes not very polite and doesn't care for the people that enter his theater. the place is generally kept well (clean) except alot of the time there is soda spilt on the floor because there are no cup holders so sodas are often spilt. the movie theater isn't in the best neighborhood, and i don't mean where it is located. i mean that the teenagers that often come to the theater arn't the best to be around. i am a regular to this theater and have been my whole life, so i know what im talking about.

THERE IS NO STADIUM SEATING. IT WAS CLOSED DOWN BECAUSE THE THEATER IS OLD AND NO REPAIRS ARE BEING MADE. SO THERE IS NO STADIUM SEATING.
