Shop at Target across the street!!!. Ive never met so many rude cashiers, none of them are very personable they just want to do their job and be done thats is, no friendly customer service here, the only reason I still come here is bc of Auntie Anne's YUM

Need to hire new workers. Was in line for something and asked one of the cashier's a question about a product to which they responded im just a cashier I have no idea...well find out seriously thats customer service had she checked for me I might have bought more from this store but bc of bad workers you lost a devoted customer

so so. I really think that the Vestal store is going down hill. They have some rude frigen cashiers who get to stick with the company probably because they are brown nosers. I have had horrible customer service and the store manager Micah really doesn't put it into perspective that you need to satisfy the customer. What does he care, they all kiss up to him he's paying them!

About Black Friday.. I went to Black Friday in Wal-Mart in Vestal NY I go there at 3:50 am. The special's didn't start until 5 am that is what it said in the paper. I wanted the lap top computer for 198.00 so I got there a little early to find out they were sold by 12:30 am. I was very upset that I never got a chance to get one. I left my home at 3:00 am to get there on time. I don't feel it is fair to false lead people into saying the sales starts at 5:00 but really you need to say you need to be there at midnight to get in line to get the item. You are not being fair. Either you need to change the way you do Black friday or eles you need to get enough of things for everyone. I am very upset with Wal Mart and change the TV when your ads come on. I know that I am only one person and probably you will laugh but I do not feel that this is very funny. I took the time for your company. I do feel you need to take the time for the people. Thank you for making my Christmas spirt not so happy. Kim Scoville
