Usually good service but...

I usually have excellent service and the people are usually so friendly and helpful but my recent trip was horrible. The lady (Mary) behind the counter was so rude and was asking me questions about the package that no other employee had ever asked (such as how much it was worth - when I already told her I didn't need to declare a value). I guess I will have to keep my eye out when she's working and avoid the place.

Great Service

When I first moved to this area I would always uses the UPS store, but the people there were very unhelpful and sat behind the counter with scowls on their faces. Then one day I saw a commercial for Pack and Mail, I decided to go there. The people are so kind and helpful, they will help you to bring in heavy packages and I always feel safe putting my packages in there hands. I've now been using them for 4 years and never had a problem.

I have had tremendous success shipping all over the country

On separate occasions, I received excellent feedback from the ebay recipients because of how professionally my items were packed. I've always been treated like I am the most important customer there is. I have placed my trust in the Pack and Mail staff for everything from TV's to picture frames. I know that I can trust that handsome young man in their commercial to pack everything from 'Grandma's China to Grandfather Clocks.'
