terrible customer service. me and my husband had problems with our food that we ordered for take out. a month after we finnaly recieved our credit that was mailed to us. we then called and ordered our take out again, big mistake! we recieved frozen lasagna, it reminded me of a tv dinner! my manicotti was so small and again it reminded me of a tv dinner! the only differance was it was not frozen! my phone call to the manager was pointless and a waste of my time ! we were told there was nothing they could do and that their customers like frozen take out! they have terrible customer service and their food is less than good. the sauce was sour and i was very disapointed by our meals and the fact that the staff would not let us get something else ! frozen take out is not something that an italian resturant should serve as take out and expect that people should be happy with. i would never eat at this resturant and i would really reccomend that people not waste their time going there and if they do , dont expect very much!
VERY POOR DINNER FOR MY BIRTHDAY. my son and best friend went to Little Venice to get my free birthday dinner with my post card upon arriving i asked the waitress if we could sat at a different table and she said no. Then she took our order and brought our drinks. I myself ordered 1 pork chop w/ soup salad and mashed potatoes. in a short while we received our salads and soup . about aprrox. 15 to 20 min later the waitress returned to tell me that they were out of pork chops i asked her i could get omething else for the same price and she said no. I went to the manager who is the owners daughter and she said she could do nothing to help me and i said this is not good for business and she said OH Well!! I returned to my seat hoping to get my mashed potatoes and asked the waitress where they were and she said they are out of them as well . Are u kidding me !! At this point we get the check and left never to return.. My friend and I both work in the public and news does travel fast. I just wonder how thw owner would feel if he got this kind of service for his birthday...
Yum!!!!. This place was very good. The prices are right and so are the portions. You don't walk away so stuffed full of pasta. I had a Godiva White Chocolate Martini that was fantastic. The homemade stuffed ravilois had a great flavor and the canolis were so yummy. We would definitely go again!
Best pasta and Italian anywhere!. Little Venice makes almost everything on its menu fom scratch. I love Italian foo and have not been able to order pasta anywhere else and not be let down compared to Little Venice. If you want a good steak or lobster you could do better somewhere else, but you cannot beat their Italian dishes anywhere from just plain spaghetti and sauce to their salads and magnificent tiramisu. Prices aren't exactly cheap, (not too high either though) but they're not unreasonable especially for the serving size and quality.
