You get what you pay for. The name says it all "COST CUTTERS". Do not expect world class service. You get what you pay for. I am happy to get mine for $10 plus tip. Don't forget to tip generously.

Hair Salon. This is a good place to stop if your looking for a quick haircut at a reasonalbe price. The waiting is not very long and they do a preety good job. I do not recommended them if you want a new style, though.
