Great Service everytime!

When my 89 year old Mom's furnace started

to make noise in the middle of the night, we called Sure Temp. They came right over diagnosed the problem, got the furnace running quietly and did a full inspection of her heating system at no extra charge. We've used them for over 30 years and the have always treated us great!

Best Service

After deciding to make the investment in air conditioning, I called Sure Temp and in no time Tom Miller was in my house to take measurements, recomend the best equipment for my needs; he had a quote out in a day; a week later i was already enjoying my new central A/C.

The best part was that he also hooked me up with financing so I didn't have to break the bank.

Their people are so nice, technitians were there right on time when they said they would; they were done quick, explained how everything worked to me, answered all my questions

I am very happy. Thanks SureTemp, I'd totally recomend SureTemp to anyone that has A/C or heating needs. they are the best

Excellent Experience!

I contacted Ed Miller at Sure Temp regarding an a.c. installation at my summer home. I found Ed to be very personable, and extremely knowledgeable regarding his various products. We agreed on a product, and set the installation date. The team he sent to install my ductless a.c. were excellent. They were punctual, personable and very competent. I felt at ease with them in my home and around my family. They installed everything flawlessly, and went to great lengths to ensure that the job was not only done correctly, but to my satisfaction. I could not be happier with the product I received and the manner in which it was installed. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Sure Temp...I know I will be doing additional business with them in the future. Thanks Ed for a great experience...and a great product!!

our furnance went and we called sure temp heating &ac located at 47 lake ave binghamton ny . we were very please with the company. everyone that was working to help us get a furance and get it installed did a really great job.they stay in touch through the whole process.and the crew that came to install it was very nice and explained things to us as they did their work. when they were done they cleaned up everything and the yard to.we are very please with everything and the company.we will recommend sure temp to anyone. great job!!!!!!!!
