Whenever I need a day of relaxation I turn to the White Rose. I loved the atmosphere as soon as I entered the room. One of the first things I noticed was how inviting the receptionists were and how they tried to accomodate my every needs including the bathroom, which is very important that sometimes goes ignored. The one time that I came to get services done I received a spa sampler which is a little bit of everything. I was very pleased with the hour long pedicure which there are not many spas that offer that. Also the fact that I was put in a robe was a very nice touch after my massage and facial were done and I felt very relaxed. Also, I get my hair done there as well and I am always up to try new things and everytime I do they always come out very well. I would strongly recommend the White Rose to anyone interested in a day of pampering :)
Pros: The staff are all very nice and enjoyable
Cons: sometimes its hard to get in if call in too late

April 14, 2007: I arrived expecting a Desert Heat Body Wrap as described in the flyer. All I got was warm mud applied to the front of my arms, front of my legs and on my back and then wrapped for about 25 minutes. My friend and I wanted to have facial and body treatments done at the same appointment times and were told we could do so. I sat for over an hour waiting for my facial while my friend was having hers. Then was told she would have to wait an hour for me. That was not what we were promised. After a few words with them I was given a $25 gift certificate to come another time. My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas which is what I was using this time. I will go back and use up the two gift certificates, but that will be the last time. I was definitely NOT HAPPY with the service. Don't trust the information in the flyer. Just know what you are signing up for BEFORE you arrive. The Desert Heat Body Wrap is definitely not worth $70! Maybe it would be as advertised, but not what I was given. However, my friend was happy with her treatments. It was not a relaxing experience.
