Do not be surprised if the head veterinarian strikes you more as a businessman than as a doctor. If my experience is any indication, he will not be reluctant to leverage your love for your pet to line his pocket. Though he said my pet would need a particular medication for the rest of her life, he would not provide a refillable prescription until after another test. Then he refused to honor the price he had quoted me for that test, instead raising the price some 40%. Research on the Internet reveals that this is approximately 4 times the going price for that test in other facilities in the area. To renew the needed prescription, he further expected me to submit to this price-gouging on a yearly basis. If you are looking for a vet that is more interested in the health of your pet than his bank acount, I would advise you look elsewhere. I certainly will.
Pros: Some beautiful kittens were available in a cage in the main office.
Cons: Operation appears directed more at money-making than health care.
